- Save final settings and verify real content again. Define who changes each feed and which failure a backup path must cover.

For unexpected SDI output, check which HDMI it copies and the supported SDI format. With video but no audio, identify source, route and channels at every receiver; preserve program audio settings separately.
Follow manufacturer ventilation and mounting requirements. Use the model’s procedure before servicing modules or power; opening, updating or resetting equipment is not a first diagnostic step.

Is the SDI copy another independent program?
Documentation calls it an HDMI copy. The connector does not create another composition; verify routing and format before assigning a different screen.
Does an image on confidence confirm correct audio?
Check the audio source, channels and destination separately. Use an identifiable rehearsal signal and listen at the final receiver; a picture does not confirm embedded-audio selection or Dante routing.
What information is needed to use an SDI copy output?
Record the HDMI output it copies, its content and the supported SDI format. Test the path with the final receiver before relying on it; do not count the copy as an additional composition.
