What does min A/V mean in the chart?
The chart lists Regency Ballroom at 54,638 sq ft, 5,500 theater with minimum AV and 3,700 banquet without AV; the meetings page advertises 4,000 guests without identifying that same setup. Do not combine these categories or treat 5,500 as approved production capacity. Plot screen, structures, cameras, FOH, accessibility and exits; if stage depth changes, review seats and circulation before fixing capacity.

Is 31 ft clear height throughout Regency Ballroom?
The Regency chart gives 31–24 ft and Windermere 31–29 ft; these are neither uniform heights nor trim elevations. Review a section including fixtures, points, hoists and structure before calculating usable height. Windermere has 34,352 sq ft in the chart, but its figures do not authorize loads in Regency. Current point/WLL maps and concentrated-load limits remain missing: submit the exact system and a ground-supported option for review rather than inferring suspension from ceiling height.
How can the patch be prepared without assuming included services?
The hotel offers Encore AV support, but these sources define neither exclusivity for all services, available circuits nor model inventory. Separate house-audio input, screen signal, contracted power and network. Request formats and connectors and check a known source with the operator; if it works, review playback and distribution before replacing the display. Record the initial patch. Haze, lasers, loading hours, insurance and pricing need specific terms and applicable authority; a pedestrian OCCC connection does not replace them.
