What changes when power is needed away from the booth rear?
The published kit defaults to an outlet at the booth’s back center. Island booths, 208 V services and nonstandard locations require a scaled plan and a minimum 2.5 hours of labor; moving installed lines may add a 1-hour reset. Specify amperage and the location of every drop, additional carpet and equipment before installation. Check voltage and phases on equipment ratings: single-phase and three-phase 208 V are different orders.

Why might a display fail to play a USB drive?
The kit states that its monitors cannot play photos or video directly from USB. Prepare a compatible computer or player, signal connection and fallback file; this does not describe every hotel model. With the assigned operator, first check a known signal through the agreed input. If it appears, check the file and playback; if not, check source, input and cable separately and restore the previous connection if the change does not help.
What must be submitted for rigging, contractors and effects?
The 09.26 menu policies assign all rigging to Encore and reserve access to the hotel sound console to that provider. Outside contractors must submit insurance, engineering/electrical needs and fire permits 30 days before setup. Separate a house-system patch from rental of your PA. These sources publish no WLL per point: submit masses, positions and reactions for review. Establish applicable authorization for haze and lasers; retain an effect-free design if it is missing. Re-submit changes to room, drop or weight and keep the accepted plan.

Can the kit monitor play directly from a USB drive?

Does a 208 V order cover any LED power supply?
No. Specify phases, demand and connection; the kit distinguishes single-phase and three-phase services and requires a plan for nonstandard services.
Does the advance-price deadline replace technical approval?
No. The kit mentions 30 days for advance pricing and uses different milestones in its form and terms. Confirm the contractual date and technical submission separately.
