Can you work alongside our Atlanta production team?
Yes. We can quote equipment, technical crew or a white-label role within your existing plan. Your team keeps its client relationship; the proposal identifies our responsibilities, handoffs and operating hours.
Can you handle more than the LED screen?
Yes. Start with the systems you need: LED, video, audio, lighting, staging, cameras, power distribution or crew. We quote them separately or coordinate the technical work when the project allows it. Your planner or producer remains responsible for the overall event unless another arrangement is agreed.
When is the equipment reserved?
An inquiry or calculator estimate does not reserve equipment. We check the dates, configuration and delivery plan, then confirm the booking terms in the proposal.

Does the equipment rental include delivery and pickup?
Only when the proposal says so. Tell us the delivery address, room, access times and return schedule. Transport depends on the equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Send the loading instructions with your request so we can price the actual route and number of trips.
Who arranges badges and access for the technical crew?
The organizer or venue confirms the registration process and submission deadline. We coordinate the crew information required for our work, while approval remains with the responsible event or security team. Confirm the service entrance, check-in location, permitted hours and unloading authorization. Guest tickets and event admission are separate from technical crew credentials.
Two decisions to settle before booking
Where will the equipment and technicians come from?
That is confirmed for the project, not inferred from the city page. The proposal should identify dispatched equipment, any locally sourced elements, travel and the technical lead on site. Share the room plan and full schedule early enough to review those arrangements. A past delivery to Atlanta is evidence of that project, not proof of stock available in the city today.
How do we hand over systems to a local production team?
Name the lead for each system and define the handover test before the event. Share patch lists, playback outputs, microphone needs and lighting cues with the people who will operate them. Agree on who accepts the setup, handles changes and coordinates removal. If GLMedia works white-label, keep communication and client-facing responsibilities within the arrangement agreed with your producer.
