Event production planning for Broward County Convention Center
GLMedia plans LED, video, audio, lighting, staging and show operations for events in Fort Lauderdale. We can provide a focused technical package or coordinate a turnkey production scope.

A production plan built around the venue
This is a planning page for future projects and does not claim an existing venue relationship or completed GLMedia project.
Our team can review LED geometry, image processing, camera coverage, audio reinforcement, lighting, staging, power, crew and show flow as one coordinated technical plan.
What must be approved before production?
Before equipment is reserved, the venue or event organizer must confirm the ballroom or exhibit area, load-in route, dock schedule, floor protection, ceiling and rigging restrictions, power access, noise limits, security procedures and approved working hours. GLMedia documents the proposed system and coordinates the information required by the client, venue and any in-house audiovisual or rigging provider. A proposal is not a venue authorization; final production proceeds only after the applicable approvals are in place.
What can GLMedia provide at Broward County Convention Center?
Depending on the event, GLMedia can supply modular LED walls, curved or corner LED configurations, LED floors, image processing, Resolume playback, cameras, PTZ systems, switching, recording, streaming, confidence monitors, timers, intercom, projection, audio, lighting, staging, pipe and drape, power distribution, technical direction and crew. Some specialized capacity may be coordinated with established partners. The proposal identifies the scope and responsibilities instead of presenting partner inventory as GLMedia-owned equipment.
How do we coordinate with an in-house AV provider?
Many hotels and convention facilities maintain preferred or exclusive arrangements for rigging, power, internet, labor or audiovisual services. GLMedia can work alongside those teams when the venue permits an outside provider. We define signal paths, power, rigging points, schedules, crew boundaries and handoffs before load-in. This prevents duplicated services and makes responsibility clear. The client should disclose any venue contract or in-house quote early so that we can build a compatible technical plan.
What information speeds up a quote?
Send the event date, room name, audience size, stage or booth plan, show schedule, content format, desired screen size, camera or streaming requirements and any venue production guide you have received. Photos, CAD plans, exhibitor manuals and the in-house audiovisual contact are especially useful. If the event is still conceptual, GLMedia can begin with a budgetary configuration and identify the items that require a site survey or venue confirmation.
Bring us the date, room and event brief
GLMedia will review access, schedules, technical requirements, venue rules and the responsibilities of every supplier before issuing a proposal.
