LED and event technology for Doral projects
Planning a conference, an exhibit or a product presentation in Doral? Send the room or booth plan with your content requirements. We can build the technical scope around what visitors need to see and hear.

Sound and light for a Doral booth or conference
A product demonstration needs a different plan from a panel in a meeting room. For a booth, send the exhibitor rules and the area visitors can occupy. For a conference, send the stage layout and agenda. We can separate equipment rental, delivery, installation and live operation in the proposal.
Choose the part you need us to quote
- Audio systems: microphones, playback and monitoring
- Event lighting: faces, room ambience and show cues
- Rigging and power: interfaces and responsibilities
- Ground support: footprint and installation requirements
- Technical production: combine the agreed systems
You can request equipment only or add delivery, setup, testing and show operation. Tell us what your own team and the venue will provide. The proposal confirms each responsibility, operator hours and any required specialists or venue services; they are not automatically included in equipment rental.
Project context
La Birra Bar in Doral is a documented sale of a permanent LED system. It is distinct from the temporary audio, lighting and screen rental discussed here.
LED for a booth or a conference
A booth display may need to work from close viewing distances, while a conference screen needs to reach the back of a room. We review pixel pitch, screen shape, playback and audio alongside the physical space. Lighting, cameras, staging and technical staff can be coordinated when the project calls for them.

What to send us
Details to plan together
For an exhibit, send the organizer’s rules, booth dimensions, height limits and electrical order. For a conference, send the stage and audience layout. In either case, we need installation and removal windows before confirming equipment, transport and labor.
Buying LED for a restaurant or commercial space
For a permanent display, send photos, the available wall or ceiling dimensions, viewing distance and what you plan to show. Include access for installation and future maintenance. We can quote equipment only or include installation and technical support in the proposal. La Birra Bar below is an example of a system sold in Doral; it was not an event rental.

Questions · Doral
Before we quote
Can the LED display fit inside a small booth?
We review the complete installation footprint, not just the display face. Supports, cable access, power and the viewing position all need space. If LED is not a good fit, we can discuss a different display approach instead of forcing the original size.
Can you handle more than the LED screen?
Yes. Start with the systems you need: LED, video, audio, lighting, staging, cameras, power distribution or crew. We quote them separately or coordinate the technical work when the project allows it. Your planner or producer remains responsible for the overall event unless another arrangement is agreed.
When is the equipment reserved?
An inquiry or calculator estimate does not reserve equipment. We check the dates, configuration and delivery plan, then confirm the booking terms in the proposal.

Does the equipment rental include delivery and pickup?
Only when the proposal says so. Tell us the delivery address, room, access times and return schedule. Transport depends on the equipment volume, distance, vehicle access and loading conditions. Parking, tolls, waiting time, long carries or extra trips may affect the quote. Send the loading instructions with your request so we can price the actual route and number of trips.
Do we need a site visit before confirming the AV setup?
Some projects can start from current plans and photographs. Restricted access, unusual screen shapes, outdoor structures or permanent installations may require a site visit and further technical review. Send what you have first; we will identify what cannot be confirmed remotely. The visit's timing, purpose and any charge should be agreed in advance.
Two decisions to settle before booking
Who decides how much sound our booth can use?
The organizer and venue set the applicable limits. Send their current exhibitor instructions before selecting speakers or planning demonstrations. We look at the listening area, neighboring booths, microphone use and demo schedule. A compact speaker is not automatic permission to play amplified sound, and the allowance for one exhibition should not be carried over to another.
How do we combine panel microphones, videos and speaker lighting?
List seated speakers, moderator, audience questions and video playback sources. Mark each position on the stage plan, including where speakers move and whether cameras will record. We can then define microphones, playback routing and face lighting, plus the operator needed for transitions. Use the actual files for the rehearsal; a successful microphone test does not test the sound in a presentation video.
