Are you an official Art Basel supplier?+
No. GLMedia is an independent audiovisual equipment provider serving projects during Miami Art Week.
Can you provide only the LED wall?+
Yes, if your team can install and operate the selected equipment and the intended use is suitable. Send the models or system you need, quantities, dates and pickup or delivery plan. We agree on accessories, packing, handover checks and return times before the rental. If you need help with part of the work, installation or an operator can be quoted separately.
Can the content be tested before opening?+
Yes. Send the final files early enough to review resolution, aspect ratio, text placement, audio and playback order. For unusual screen shapes, ask for the pixel map before exporting the content. We test the files with the planned playback system and identify anything that needs correction. Editing and new content are separate services; agree on a deadline for final versions before installation.

Practical questions before you book
What video and presentation files should I send?
Ask for the final screen pixel map and playback requirements before exporting. Send the presentation with its fonts and linked media, and provide original video files rather than messaging-app previews when possible. Label the final version and the playback order. We check resolution, aspect ratio, audio and cue points; editing or creating content is a separate task unless included.
Can we show a sports broadcast, music video or other third-party content?
Tell us which source and playback method you intend to use. The organizer must confirm the permissions or licenses needed for the event; renting a screen does not supply those rights. We review the technical signal, resolution, audio and connection. Protected streaming services may also restrict outputs, so the actual authorized source should be tested before the event.
Do we need a site visit before confirming the AV setup?
Some projects can start from current plans and photographs. Restricted access, unusual screen shapes, outdoor structures or permanent installations may require a site visit and further technical review. Send what you have first; we will identify what cannot be confirmed remotely. The visit's timing, purpose and any charge should be agreed in advance.
