The compact LED reference price does not automatically include audio, lighting, venue services or delivery to every destination. Separate equipment, transport, setup, supervision and operation in the proposal. A floor-supported structure still needs an approved footprint and review of floor loading and the proposed configuration.

In Datran, a screen must share the available height with its bottom clearance and support. We compare aspect ratio, stage height and audience sightlines before choosing LED dimensions; the nominal ceiling height is not installation clearance.
A corporate agenda can benefit from a confidence monitor, speaker timer, presentation clicker and backup laptop. We define which sources reach the audience and which remain visible only to presenters, with a rehearsal and operator scope.
Breakouts may need separate audio, displays and playback rather than an oversized main-room package. Label the room schedule, source handoffs and microphone channels; check service-elevator dimensions against loaded cases.

Electrical demand and equipment weight are calculated for the selected configuration. Elevator fit is checked against the largest loaded case—not the LED panel alone. Hotel capacities are not final seated capacities once technical equipment is added.
Yes, if the hotel approves GLMedia as an outside AV supplier for your event. Our proposal lists our equipment, setup and operators. The hotel or its in-house provider confirms its own services and charges, including any required power, rigging, internet or labor. We do not represent the hotel or sell its event packages.
Not necessarily. Audience distance, content detail, ceiling clearance and the seating plan decide whether a compact LED wall, television displays or a larger system is useful. We can quote the appropriate format and add microphones, lighting and presenter tools without forcing a full-show package.
No. It is GLMedia’s published starting reference for a compact 11.5 × 6.6 ft indoor P2.6 LED wall for one event day under the listed conditions. Hotel charges, access, schedule and added services can change the total. The linked package page gives three sizes and inclusions; your final scope and price are confirmed in writing.
You can rent LED and video equipment alone, or add sound, lighting, staging, cameras, playback, confidence monitors, timers and crew. We work with your planner or production company and respect their relationship with the client.

Start with the date, room, audience and what you need. We will ask for any missing technical details and prepare an equipment and crew proposal with the hotel requirements clearly identified.
The organizer or venue confirms the registration process and submission deadline. We coordinate the crew information required for our work, while approval remains with the responsible event or security team. Confirm the service entrance, check-in location, permitted hours and unloading authorization. Guest tickets and event admission are separate from technical crew credentials.
Send the clear door opening, cabin width and depth, rated load and the route from the loading dock to the room. We check the largest loaded case and support components, not just an individual LED panel. Include corridor turns, ramps and floor protection. A modular system may help, but elevator access cannot be promised from screen dimensions alone.
Send both layouts and the time available between programs. We identify equipment that can stay in place and what needs to move, be rewired or tested again. The changeover requires its own crew and access plan while catering and other vendors work. A short break in the agenda is not automatically enough time to rebuild a stage or LED wall.
Not necessarily. Start with who speaks, whether participants are remote and whether the meeting is recorded. Compare shared tabletop microphones, individual positions or handheld handoffs after checking the layout. Test the quietest expected speaker and the remote feed. The microphone choice should follow the conversation, not an automatic one-per-chair count.
It can limit the angle available to light faces without glare, shadows or reflections from the screen. Mark the lectern, camera and approved fixture positions on the room section. Test at the actual presenter height. Floor stands require their own space and cable protection; room height alone does not define a usable mounting position.
Yes, if the source and signal routing are configured for separate outputs. Identify the presentation computer, confidence monitor and any timer, then test the actual file in presenter mode. Check video sound and what happens when another laptop takes over. Include setup and operator duties where the program requires live source changes.
