The compact LED reference price does not automatically include audio, lighting, venue services or delivery to every destination. Separate equipment, transport, setup, supervision and operation in the proposal. A floor-supported structure still needs an approved footprint and review of floor loading and the proposed configuration.

A booth LED wall needs its stand plan, allowable height and exhibitor requirements. A general session needs a broader design for stage, sightlines, IMAG, sound and operation. We quote the actual footprint and responsibility, not the center’s total area.
The center lists ten loading docks and exclusive electrical/engineering support. GLMedia specifies equipment demand and distribution requirements for the approved service order; an equipment rental does not replace venue electrical services or a reserved dock slot.
Define room-to-room feeds, presentation handoffs, recording and staffing across simultaneous sessions. The Hilton connection does not make cabling, network access or equipment transfer automatic: routes and responsibilities are agreed with both facilities.

For Palm Beach County Convention Center, the final proposal is based on the selected room or booth, equipment, crew schedule and travel to West Palm Beach. A hotel ballroom, an exhibitor display and a convention general session are different jobs.
The Miami-area starting price is not a delivered price for this venue. Its local transport allowance is limited to 30 one-way miles from Miramar. We quote this destination’s travel and access separately, together with setup, strike and the agreed operating hours.
Venue power, rigging, exclusive labor, internet, parking, taxes and any additional venue charges are identified separately. Compare equipment configurations below, then request the total for your actual event.

Electrical demand and equipment weight are calculated for the selected configuration. Elevator fit is checked against the largest loaded case—not the LED panel alone. Venue capacities are not final seated capacities once technical equipment is added.

Yes. Send the booth or hall plan, show manual, content, audience and schedule. We can quote LED and playback only or a coordinated AV scope with audio, lighting, cameras and operators. Venue-controlled services and West Palm Beach travel are separate items in the written proposal.
We separate the selected equipment, installation and strike, technician schedule, transport to West Palm Beach and venue-controlled services. The Miami package is a configuration reference, not a delivered quote for this destination. Final scope, taxes and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
You can rent LED and video equipment alone, or add sound, lighting, staging, cameras, playback, confidence monitors, timers and crew. We work with your planner or production company and respect their relationship with the client.

The organizer or venue confirms the registration process and submission deadline. We coordinate the crew information required for our work, while approval remains with the responsible event or security team. Confirm the service entrance, check-in location, permitted hours and unloading authorization. Guest tickets and event admission are separate from technical crew credentials.
Not necessarily. The venue, show organizer or appointed contractor may control unloading, rigging, electrical connections or specific labor tasks. Send the exhibitor manual and labor rules before ordering. We identify the work GLMedia can perform and the services you must order through the venue. Availability of our equipment does not override those rules.
Send both layouts and the time available between programs. We identify equipment that can stay in place and what needs to move, be rewired or tested again. The changeover requires its own crew and access plan while catering and other vendors work. A short break in the agenda is not automatically enough time to rebuild a stage or LED wall.
Use the center’s service order for its exclusive electricity, internet and phone, aerial rigging, water and compressed air. Send the room or booth plan and AV requirements so connection locations can be coordinated. Confirm who places and pays each order. GLMedia equipment rental does not replace a venue service order or prove that service is available at the desired position.
First confirm what the booked room provides and whether the required connections and operation are included. Send the seating plan, microphone list, video sound and recording needs. We can compare a portable system with an authorized house-system connection. Define who supplies the interface and performs the test; neither option should be assumed from the venue’s room capacity alone.
No. A floor-supported screen or lighting position still occupies space and puts loads on the floor. Submit the support footprint, equipment, cable routes and circulation requirements for the actual room or booth. Aerial rigging is an exclusive venue service, but choosing the floor does not establish approval. Installation responsibilities and any required review remain part of the event plan.
