A booth LED wall needs its stand plan, allowable height and exhibitor requirements. A general session needs a broader design for stage, sightlines, IMAG, sound and operation. We quote the actual footprint and responsibility, not the center’s total area.
The center lists ten loading docks and exclusive electrical/engineering support. GLMedia specifies equipment demand and distribution requirements for the approved service order; an equipment rental does not replace venue electrical services or a reserved dock slot.
Define room-to-room feeds, presentation handoffs, recording and staffing across simultaneous sessions. The Hilton connection does not make cabling, network access or equipment transfer automatic: routes and responsibilities are agreed with both facilities.

For Palm Beach County Convention Center, the final proposal is based on the selected room or booth, equipment, crew schedule and travel to West Palm Beach. A hotel ballroom, an exhibitor display and a convention general session are different jobs.
The Miami-area starting price is not a delivered price for this venue. Its local transport allowance is limited to 30 one-way miles from Miramar. We quote this destination’s travel and access separately, together with setup, strike and the agreed operating hours.

Electrical demand and equipment weight are calculated for the selected configuration. Elevator fit is checked against the largest loaded case—not the LED panel alone. Venue capacities are not final seated capacities once technical equipment is added.

Yes. Send the booth or hall plan, show manual, content, audience and schedule. We can quote LED and playback only or a coordinated AV scope with audio, lighting, cameras and operators. Venue-controlled services and West Palm Beach travel are separate items in the written proposal.
We separate the selected equipment, installation and strike, technician schedule, transport to West Palm Beach and venue-controlled services. The Miami package is a configuration reference, not a delivered quote for this destination. Final scope, taxes and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
